The ITM2 trigger works with all mesh head setups, and with proper muting the ITM2 can successfully track regular mylar heads as well.
The ITM2 trigger module incorporates two independent variable potentiometers for sensivitivity adjustment of both the head and rim piezos. By adjusting these parameters, a unique head to rim combination can be fine-tuned to provide a perfect sensor balance to your module or interface.
In addition the sensitivity controls, a phase switch is located on the ITM2 to change the polarity of the head piezo. This type of configuration is needed for Roland drum brains and some other applications. The phase switch and pots make all A2E conversions quick and easy.
The triggers output is available on two parallel TRS jacks - a 1/4" AND a 1/8" jack which makes cable selections easy. As well as cabling options, this feature can allow multiple triggers to be daisy chained.
